• Due to the handcrafted nature of certain items, slight variations in color, wood grain, texture, or finishing may occur. These variations are not considered defects but part of the product’s unique character.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Euro (€).

• Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on the delivery destination and applicable regulations.

• Snowbee reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for:

• Currency conversion fees (if applicable)

• International transaction fees charged by their bank

• Import duties, additional VAT, or customs fees in the destination country (if applicable)

4. Shipping & Delivery

Snowbee ships internationally from Vietnam.

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

• Snowbee is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, or force majeure events.

• Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the premium and curated nature of our products:

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Clear photo or video evidence is required.

If approved, Snowbee may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
