RETURN POLICY

Snowbee – High-End Gifts from Vietnam

1. Overview

At Snowbee, each product is carefully curated and quality-checked before shipment. Due to the premium and handcrafted nature of our collections, returns are limited and subject to the conditions below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged during transit

  • The item received is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.


3. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue

  • Include your order number and description of the problem

Return requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.


4. Approval & Resolution

If your return request is approved, Snowbee may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in Euro (€).


5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Customers may be required to return the product

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift packaging services

  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery


7. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please document the condition before opening (if possible)

  • Contact us immediately with supporting evidence

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
